You Got Dumped! It Stings, It Hurts, You’re in Pain – The Good News Is You Can Get Your Ex Back!

How are you feeling? Probably not too good right now or you wouldn’t be reading this right now. Breaking up with someone is one of the most difficult things you’ll experience in life. If you’re the one getting dumped it makes it that much worse. A million things are running through your head. You’re asking yourself what went wrong and what you could’ve done better. I know the routine because I’ve definitely been there before and I’d like to share some things with you to help you get out of the mess.

The first thing you need to do is look at what happened. Why did you get dumped? Do you think the reason they told is true or do you think there is something else? Was there someone else involved? The list goes on but you’ve gotta take an honest look at everything and how it went down. Is is something you can change? Will it make the person get back together with you if you do change?

The next thing you need to do is forget your significant other for a moment. Obviously they’re trying to forget about your too but they’re still experiencing a little pain. Not the amount you are because they dumped you but they are still going through some pain. As hard as this is and I am sure you’ve heard it before, you need to move on.

Now I don’t mean that you need to completely forget the person. Keep them in the back of your head. However, start living life like you only had a month to leave. Do things that will give you a rush or make you happy. Hang out with fun people. By doing this you’ll either forget about your significant other, or they’ll get word of the new you and come crawling back which happened in my case. They can’t stand knowing that you moved on without them even though they dumped you. If you want em’ back you can get them. If you’ve moved on then so be it.
